Como muchos de vosotros sabéis los estafadores suplantan organismos públicos,entre ellos la FCA , y me he tomado el privilegio de compartir con vosotros un correo que ha recibido un socio que se puso en contacto con la FCA, aquí lo tenéis y mirad lo que dicen:
Gracias por comunicarse con la Autoridad de Conducta Financiera (FCA) con respecto a sus inquietudes sobre una empresa llamada Investcore – Xertz Consulting Inc.
Entiendo que ha sido estafado por una plataforma de inversión que afirma ser DNCA Invest y ha realizado una transferencia de fondos.
Aprecio que esto sea preocupante y me alegra que se haya comunicado con nosotros.
Investcore – Xertz Consulting Inc
Puedo confirmar que no tenemos entradas en nuestro Registro para una empresa llamada Investcore – Xertz Consulting Inc. Esto significa que no están autorizados ni regulados por nosotros y, por lo tanto, no deberían proporcionar ningún producto o servicio financiero regulado dentro del Reino Unido.
Según la información que proporcionó, parece que las personas están clonando los detalles de un fondo genuino, para parecer genuino. Una “empresa clonada” es cuando las personas usan detalles de una empresa para sugerir que trabajan para la empresa genuina. A esto lo llamamos una “empresa clonada” y, por lo general, es parte de una estafa.

En su lugar, deberá buscar orientación legal para establecer sus derechos en relación con el negocio que ha emprendido y las opciones que tiene disponibles para recuperar sus fondos.

• Los nombres de las personas con las que ha tratado en la firma
• ¿Cuándo y cómo se enteró por primera vez de la empresa y empezó a hacer negocios con ellos?
• ¿Exactamente qué negocio han emprendido para usted y qué le dijeron acerca de cómo este negocio funcionaría a su favor?
• ¿Cómo pagó su dinero a la empresa?
• Si pagó mediante transferencia bancaria, ¿a qué cuenta bancaria envió su dinero?
• ¿Le dijo la empresa que estaba autorizada por la FCA? Si es así, ¿qué te dijeron sobre esto?
• ¿Tomó la empresa el control de su computadora en algún momento a través de un software para compartir pantalla?
